Jul 24, 2020 · Two weeks ago, After I updated my iPad to 13.5.1, I found out that the WiFi is grey out and the Bluetooth is not working. I sent my iPad to the service agency and they informed me that it is a hardware problem and I have to pay the total price to replace the iPad as it is out of warranty. My wifi is working fine on everyone else’s devices, but for some reason my wifi on my iPad will not work. It keeps showing an exclamation point (!) over the wifi when connecting, and after connecting it shows 3 bars. But when I try to use the wifi to stream a show or play a game, it says “not connected to wifi.” Update.. restored this ipad multiple times and set it up as a new ipad but still no luck.
