Yesterday the BBC IPlayer stopped working for us with the following message: "BBC iPlayer TV programmes are available to play in the UK only. Find out why. If you are in the UK and see this message please read this advice." ITV player & Channel4.com still work. The dns I have is located in the UK according to several IP geolocation sites.

Jul 22, 2020 · Hi Chris. From everything I’ve heard (and my own test), TunnelBear has sadly stopped working completely with the BBC iPlayer sometime in the past few weeks. It may come back just like it has before, but it’s impossible to know for sure. When it comes to value for money, all providers tend to charge similar amounts, plus or minus a few dollars.
Jan 14, 2014 · BBC iPlayer not working with IE11 on Windows 8.1 tablet Although the BBC iPlayer web page opens in IE11 on my Windows 8.1 tablet, it will not play any programs/videos. l am able to play BBC iPlayer programs using the Chrome browser on the same machine.

Re: iPlayer radio has stopped working on iPad [ re: billford ] [ link to this post ] Things back to normal now, for the moment, so assume it must have been something at the BBC end right enough. Does anyone know why the app has stopped working? I click on it but it just takes me to a blank page. Also how I can reload the app? All the blogs direct me to the iplayer mobile site but once there, there is nowhere to download the app. Any help gratefully received, thanks.
