Speed check done and shows no upload speed but normal download speed (29mb) however internet will not work. It worked well with Exede as long as I had a 800Kbs upload speed or better. I've been monitoring upload speeds over the last day and Hughs Net is up to 400Kbs from time to time and sometimes jumps to 1Mbs but it is no way consistent. Nov 22, 2017 · I run qBT v4.1.5 on a huge public tracker (and not private flagged) torrent that typically has 5-20 peers and maybe 1-10 seeds (that I don't see because I'm seeding). qBT's upload rate on that torrent is weak -- uploads speeds are bouncing around constantly and maybe averaging 10-30% of the set upload speed max.
