Hello, i have recently set up PPTP VPN on Server 2012 R2. The vpn connects fine but after 1 minute and 20 seconds it disconnects. I can access resources on office LAN for only about 18 seconds and there after no more connectivity. Keep in mind, there's an importing change with the remote desktop in Windows Server 2012. The RDP connection in Windows server 2008 R2 and 7 uses TCP Port. The RDP connection in Windows Server 2012 and latest version uses TCP and UDP Port. 2.
