Dec 05, 2010 · First I got a "Iomega Screenplay HD Pro". (About 4 years ago.) Then I got a WD TV Live Hub but returned it because getting content on to it was a MAJOR pain in the bum. (You had to connect an external USB device to it then spend HOURS waiting for it to transfer the files from the USB to the Internal 1TB HD then once on the IHD, you can't create new folders to organize the files so EVERYTHING Connect your WDTV media player to the network, which has an active Internet connection enabled, and it should be on the same network connected to your PC. Now open any Internet browser and type in the IP address of the WDTV live. To know the IP address, you can check it on your WDTV in the ‘Settings – Network settings’ section. (the external HDD on my PC has my music, which 99% of the time will just be played via the PC but I would like the option to stream it to the lounge room from time to time, if at all possible, without having to physically take the HDD to the WD TV Live)
